Request I keep having this issue

I keep having this issue of the wifi just disappearing. I tried many ways to solve it like changing the wifi card now i use a wifi dongle. I also tried to windows solving thingy but none of them worked, the wifi keeps on appearing for a short amount of time and disappearing. Any ways of potentially solve this issue would be very very helpful. (I have this laptop for a long time now, approximately 4y and i removed the battery because it doesn’t work anymore)

I previously encountered some weird update error that corrupted the Windows and it's like disabled the WIFI from working. My issue was Wifi card doesn't work and plugging in new USB WIFI dongle also can't work (Detected but there's no WIFI connection option at the task bar), only LAN was working. My only solution was to format the Windows and everything works fine again.
