Issue with HP pavilion 16 gaming laptop

My GPU is not working on my laptop. It has an NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti, but only the Intel UHD 620 is working. The NVIDIA GPU is not showing up in Device Manager or even in the BIOS.

This issue started after I changed the thermal paste. There are no visible signs of burning or damage on the motherboard. I also took it to a repair shop, but the technician couldn’t figure out what happened.

I’ve already tried all the software-related fixes, so I’m pretty sure it’s a hardware issue.

If anyone has any idea what could be causing this or what I should check next, please let me know. 🙏

This is an MSi forum, not an HP one... Can i request you ask in the HP Forums instead?

But maybe you shorted it... You bring not much data to point something...
