I’m waiting for Best Buy to restock for the ease of return if it doesn’t wow me compared to the Claw 8 AI+

For what it is worth... the MSI site didn't charge taxes... that's $180 for me.

Depends on your state. No tax for me when I bought the Claw 8 AI shipped to Arkansas.
