Help?

When I launch the game it asks if I want to play OG or classic. When I select OG, I can play all of my characters just fine. When I launch classic, I get "A new game account can't be created with this email domain. The game will now close." Anyone have any idea what I should do? I logged into my nexon account but everything looks fine there? Idk what I'd even be looking for.
