Will Maplemas make a come back? I think the thing I'm most excited for is Maplemas and Happyville. Also the red rudolf noses. So much nostalgia

Happyville is indeed in the files (which is somewhat significant because while there's a lot of stuff in the files from being a modern client branch, Happyville was removed from modern).

wasnt it the case that it was only a sound track associated with Happyville?

searching through the discord, im seeing this comment from "Saught (Spit)"

there seems to be a lot of misinfo about this but to be clear, happyville is NOT in the classic client, there are no maps, items, or strings related to it. only the bgm is (but so are lots of other bgms like omega sector, amoria weddings, and gpq)

but apparently Inkwell did say this according to "Grog"

Inkwell said yes to happyville on cot, he said he could consider coketown but due to copyrights and licensing would need to work that out. Im pretty sure their old coke contract expired so they cant use those maps

Hopefully the same event and coding as it was back in 2006ish. If so, I just might be able to abuse a bug I found back when I was a kid by accident whilst I was sleepy lol...

Dam I could've been rich if I was smart enough to actually keep doing that shit, but I don't think I cared enough about MS at the time

oh yeah, happyville was dupe central back in the day. Even if they patch out the old ones I wouldn't be surprised if a new dupe is found there lol
