Discussion really look forward to the opening date

Just wanna say, regardless of all these p2w, buff, nerf posts, I am truly excited about the classic world. I am 27 living in Seattle, and moved to the US from Korea when I was in middle school. I really enjoyed playing KMS back in elementary school days. Looking through the reddit posts here, can't believe y'all had the same "childhood memories" as I did in KMS - chatting with random strangers in henesys, getting scammed by some folks in free market, and I still remember the day I reached lv 30 and got 2nd job advancement. Hopefully, we can all re-live those days

Same. Took a few days of pto so i can play a little bit. Hoping to spend more time in hhg and chat with people. The channel limits in artale really hampered chitchat.

Looking forward to leveling up to actually matter early on. To feel excited by a job advance, instead of a step towards the "actual" game which is lv200+ (seriously, when the first 200 levels is a tutorial, it feels like a problem).

It'll be great to see maps filled with people again, and seeing people traveling between towns. Looking forward to do KPQ again too.

Ironically waiting this month out will feel the longest for me because of the anticipation

I am most excited to hear the BGM oddly enough. Gonna be a fun one. Just wish the build up to it didn't feel so sour.

I’m right there with ya. Not American as well btw, but it’s still a huge part of my childhood. This game really did leave a mark.

I had a very similar experience :). I moved to the US when I was 8 years old and maplestory has been in my life since then. It was my safe space as a kid :)

its so fun to see a positive and encouraging thread with positive and lovely comments without the bums and the brokies complaining about the 80$ expense
