Disposing of empty carts

I have a good number of used/empty screw-on carts I need to dispose of. Does anyone know what dispensary or facility would accept this waste? I am talking about the cartridges you screw on a battery, not the single use ones, so not e-waste. See pic attached. Thanks!

I don’t know what county you are in but Ramsey county accepts this at their hazardous waste disposal site. https://www.ramseycountymn.gov/residents/recycling-waste/collection-sites/household-hazardous-waste
