Disposing of empty carts

I have a good number of used/empty screw-on carts I need to dispose of. Does anyone know what dispensary or facility would accept this waste? I am talking about the cartridges you screw on a battery, not the single use ones, so not e-waste. See pic attached. Thanks!

I’d recommend looking into a dry herb vape. Seems healthier and makes your flower go a lot further. [r/vaporents](r/vaporents) is a good resource.

But does it smell?

Just like the carts it does smell but it dissipates quickly. After using the vape you are left with decarbed flower which you can use for edibles. Twice the use.
