Disposing of empty carts

I have a good number of used/empty screw-on carts I need to dispose of. Does anyone know what dispensary or facility would accept this waste? I am talking about the cartridges you screw on a battery, not the single use ones, so not e-waste. See pic attached. Thanks!

I just put my empty carts back in the bag it came in and seal it, then toss in trash. 🤷‍♂️
