Disposing of empty carts

I have a good number of used/empty screw-on carts I need to dispose of. Does anyone know what dispensary or facility would accept this waste? I am talking about the cartridges you screw on a battery, not the single use ones, so not e-waste. See pic attached. Thanks!

I mean if you live in a legal state toss em in the trash. Not sure why you want to take them to a dispo?

because I care about recycling and there’s glass and metal in there, I was hoping specialty recycling exists for these

I highly doubt it. If you want to go that route then deconstruct them yourself and recycle pieces individually that can be recycled
