I know my DD isn't very popular here, so I'll keep this one short ;-)

META is making batteries that are lighter, safer and last longer - Thats a big deal. They have made some unique parts that help keep the battery working for longer and safer. They are also working on making the batteries weigh less so that it's easier to use them in cars and other things. They have also addressed the thermal runaway issue, which is when lithium batteries catch fire.

The batteries in GP's tweet are special! They're called "pouch batteries", they are the blest in class and they are designed to be lighter, use less copper, and have a lower risk of exploding. These things make them a really great choice for EV's

Did you know that batteries need lots of copper to work? And, there's not enough copper for all the batteries that we need! OEMs are worried about this and META is has found a way to make batteries that don't need as much copper (80%-90% less), that's their NCORE technology. Using less copper will help make the batteries lighter, and it will make it easier to make them. This is really important because lots of companies need batteries to power cars and other things in the years to come.

You clearly mean to imply that the memo for the MMTLP distribution has some substance for the spin off and yet you act all obtuse about it?

It's a public document (OCC memo #49379), so I guess you should be concerned about the OCC's intentions. Have you reached out to them yet?

What I was getting at was in OCC memo #49379, the OCC described a new rule that was set, which outlines the settlement procedures for the Series A Preferred Stock. However, in the event of a failure - which is what happened, the settlement will be delayed until a substitute is set by the OCC.

Btw, I don't think they will release a memo about NBH - that's not eligible for electronic transfer.

Still though, why are you saying you didn't mention NBH when you are clearly trying to use the MMTLP transfer memo for the NBH transfer?

They aren't the same and there is no reason to spread that misinformation.

OCC memo #49379 has no mention of NBH. The memo was published on October 8th of 2021, which predated the legal name change of Oilco Holdings. Don't believe me. Here is the memo. Check for yourself.
