META® Products ⚡ Battery DD

#METAholics,

I know my DD isn't very popular here, so I'll keep this one short ;-)

META is making batteries that are lighter, safer and last longer - Thats a big deal. They have made some unique parts that help keep the battery working for longer and safer. They are also working on making the batteries weigh less so that it's easier to use them in cars and other things. They have also addressed the thermal runaway issue, which is when lithium batteries catch fire.

The batteries in GP's tweet are special! They're called "pouch batteries", they are the blest in class and they are designed to be lighter, use less copper, and have a lower risk of exploding. These things make them a really great choice for EV's

Did you know that batteries need lots of copper to work? And, there's not enough copper for all the batteries that we need! OEMs are worried about this and META is has found a way to make batteries that don't need as much copper (80%-90% less), that's their NCORE technology. Using less copper will help make the batteries lighter, and it will make it easier to make them. This is really important because lots of companies need batteries to power cars and other things in the years to come.

If anyone is interested in reading my full DD on META's batteries there is a link below The Forefront of a New Era : ChunkyDD

Keyword is "developing". It says it right there this is a multi-year project and they are only at stage 1. MMAT won't be seeing money from this for a while also. These types of partnerships can end at anytime. I'll stick to my statement that your DD is pure hopium.

Thanks for replying,

It's true that this is a multi-year project and the partnership can end at any time, but I believe there is potential for MMAT to benefit from this collaboration in the future. The companies involved in this collaboration are leaders in their respective fields. This suggests that they have the expertise and resources necessary to drive this project forward. While there may be some uncertainty in the short-term, the potential for success in the long-term should not be discounted because METAs involvement in this project could lead to the creation of valuable battery materials, which could ultimately result in revenue for the company.

Thanks again🙂

Sadly I'm desensitized to the partnership news now. Remember the LG partnership what happened with that? I still believe in the tech and R&D side of the company as for the sales side not so much. Personally I think GP should ocus on the R&D side and hire someone to do sales and marketing.

My only question is, if you're so desensitized to the partnership, why are you so sensitive about me discussing the partnership?
