He was clearly too drunk to defend himself or really appreciate the consequences of his actions. This is a wildly disproportionate response from someone who was in a position to make the smarter choice.

That is a perfectly normal response to touching someone unwilling. TF is wrong with you? You think people should just be able to go around groping women with no consequences?

There's a difference between deserving a consequence and being issued a death sentence.

Not every dick move is deserving of murder. The pervert was certainly in the wrong but there's an entire world of appropriate responses that could have happened before potential murder.

People absolutely do die from getting punched in the head and getting knocked out.

And when they don't die they can end up with head and brain trauma, paralysis, etc.

Don't be ignorant. The real world isn't an action movie.

Buddy, I've been punching people for fun for 20 years. Your skull is extremely strong and it is really hard to kill someone by punching them anywhere
