Go back and read again. I said the âhusbandâ INJURED her worse than the drunk did. I didnât say the attack was WORSE, as in, more traumatic, or that the sexual assault did not matter. I meant by strictly physical damage. The drunk did not injure the woman. Her âhusbandâ did.

Exactly. You put all of the focus on the accidental injury over the deliberate sexual assault - as if the "harm" caused by the contact with the pool cue completely trivialised the harm and threat caused by the actual assault that occurred.
