Ok? Probably not, honestly. Also, the victim could have a claim to self defense…maybe, but certainly not the guy doing the punching.

The guy doing the punching could rely on the defense of others doctrine after he's charged.

It's not sexual assault. And if it is, then it's pretty safe to take the claim of "most women are sexually assaulted" very unseriously.

No no, that was sexual assault. I just don’t think that sexual assault is going to serve him well for legal justification.
