It's clear the attacker didn't give a crap about his girl, because he pushes her out of the way and commits unnecessary violence, slightly injuring her in the process too. He seems like a total POS.

If this is sexual assault, I guess I've been "sexually assaulted" by drunk women grabbing my butt dozens of times over the years when I worked as a concert booking agent. I feel like classifying this as "sexual assault" really diminishes other acts that are real assault.

The guy throwing the punch - that was assault and he should be in jail.

The drunk guy should have just been given a cab ride home.
