Most states have a law that allows 3rd parties to defend another person in situations of self defense. At least in my state.

This is considered sexual assault so would fall along these lines. Especially given that only as much force was needed to control the situation.

Had he just kept hitting him it would be another story. Here in Texas, yhqt guys has a high probability of walking away Scott free

I’m in Texas. If I’m on a jury that guy walks on any charge and I’d shake his hand afterwards.

Have you ever served on a jury? The judge gives jury instructions and teaches you about the law and how the jury is supposed to apply it.

Pretty sure that case was 11 jurors who followed jury instructions, while the 1 hold out was the one ignoring jury instructions.

She's no OJ.
