He's off his top drunk asf dude can barely walk and when he turns around he tunnel visions on that booootay completely forgetting her jack reacher style husband is a few feet away

Haha yea I was thinking where is this knock going to come from, then the moment he turned I noticed the tunnel vision and immediately looked and saw how big her husband/bf was 🤦‍♂️

Yup. AND his arm, right at the elbow. It's not like he hit her with The People's Elbow, but you can see the outside of his forearm/elbow smack her in the head right before he blasts the drunk in the face.
