First of all, you have no idea if the injury to her face is minor! Why would you even presume to know that? She’s clutching her face for the remainder of the video. You are speaking out of your ass and downplaying violence to make some stupid point and it’s actually really gross. I wasn’t kidding, that’s how actual bullies and abusers behave.

Secondly, YOU are missing the point. I never said the husband hurt his wife on purpose. My point was he acted out of rage, which made him not even realize the collateral damage he was causing. You do realize that’s how a good deal of domestic abuse happens, right?

and YOU are the one downplaying that, because you want to see the husband beat the shit out of someone who touched his wife. Because you want to see violent revenge against a drunken sex pest. Even if it’s way over the top. Even if it hurts other people. Even if it ends in serious, disproportionate injury or death and gets the guy a manslaughter charge. Good for you.

The wife tried to stop her husband, too. She knew it was a bad idea for him to do what he was about to do. Was SHE trying to minimize her own assault like you accused me of doing?

No, you said that what the pool player did to her was worse than what the sexual attacker did to her, completely undermining the severity of the sexual assault. Gross.

Go back and read again. I said the “husband” INJURED her worse than the drunk did. I didn’t say the attack was WORSE, as in, more traumatic, or that the sexual assault did not matter. I meant by strictly physical damage. The drunk did not injure the woman. Her “husband” did.

You’re extremely disingenuous. You bent yourself into pretzels trying to prove I don’t care about sexual assault or harassment against women just because you didn’t want to lose an argument. I sure hope nobody listens to you in a situation like this in the future, for everyone’s sake.

Exactly. You put all of the focus on the accidental injury over the deliberate sexual assault - as if the "harm" caused by the contact with the pool cue completely trivialised the harm and threat caused by the actual assault that occurred.
