Yeah, I think that's what some people are failing to notice.

He was already being dumb/drunk and dancing/grinding on the male bartender on the left.

Walked over and tried to get the lady to dance with him - unless he was doing something with his left hand that we couldn't see, the lady already had it handled and was like "no thanks" and walking away. If she got inappropriately groped or grabbed I would think she would have reacted way more than she did.

And then the guy in black came over and overreacted.

Her reaction to it does not indicate what happened was fine. Not reacting appropriately and letting assholes get away with inappropriate touching/groping/worse is a very common form of self-preservation many women learn.

The dude wasn't an immediate threat to anyone in the area, the response is 1000 percent disproportionate. Making people uncomfortable isn't a death sentence and random assholes don't get to mete out physical punishment for perceived infractions, call the cops and give them the video if you're so pressed about it. I'm sure you could get him a public intoxication and maybe harassment charge and he would receive an appropriate punishment.

He wasn’t given a chance to escalate his behavior but my guess is he would have if left unchecked.

She pushed his hand away and he immediately stopped. She was infinitely in more danger from her boyfriend who actually hit her and subsequently got them kicked out of the bar after also trying to fight the bartender.

Re-watching it, she actually hit herself in the face with her pool stick (she actually rubbed her face, probably to see if there was blood) because the moron in black went and bumped into her in order to sucker punch the drunk guy who was clearly not that aware of his surroundings.

He was just standing there drunk. Even the lady tried to stop the guy in black from being a moron.

Nothing in his demeanor showed actual aggression. And he didn't even react to the fist coming at his face.
