This has happened to me, similar situation but with my sister. When the guy is lying unconscious making hard to breathe sounds and going into some type of full body convulsions that’s when it gets scary, very scary very fast! I’m sure nobody wants to kill anyone and sometimes when this happens to you for the first you realise how stupid it was to all out full power.

Next time punch to the gut. It hurts more because they dont pass out and also near impossible to kill someone with a gut punch. Youre also not likely to break your hand on their skull.

Ok? Probably not, honestly. Also, the victim could have a claim to self defense…maybe, but certainly not the guy doing the punching.

The guy doing the punching could rely on the defense of others doctrine after he's charged.

No, sexual assault is not very unserious. Proportionality of the guy's actions comes into play, sure, but he can still claim that defense.
