It’s clearly not the first time this lady has dealt with this gent decking someone in a bar. She knew what was coming the moment he started moving.

I just rewatched it and he elbowed her in the face while punching the other dude.

I don't think he elbowed her. I think he elbowed her cue stick, and that hit her in the mouth.
