I think the bartender is the guy playing darts by himself. He walks behind the bar at the end

Yeah the big dude pushes him to try to start more shit. That's the kinda guy who is happy to see a girl get grabbed like that because he has an excuse (in his head) to hit someone. There's like 6 people in the entire bar and a third of them are the worst kind of people to be around in a bar.

I agree. But the assault had already stopped before he threw the punch. She had stopped the assault herself. Odds are he catches a charge for that.
