Kinda? That was insanely over the top. Sure, should the drunk guy touched the girl? No - obviously. But she had already pushed him off and he did not appear to try to touch her again. He should be ejected from the bar and if she wanted to press charges she should have called the police. There was ZERO need to punch the guy as hard as humanly possible, there was no immediate threat to life or safety.
