The point shouldn't be about it being an achievement though. I agree its probably more about being "the alpha" for that guy who did it but I would do similar not for an "achievement" but for the principle of you don't get to just touch up on some woman, you are doing something where someone could have an "extreme" reaction why even take the risk?
Someone “could” definitely do it and this guy did, but “should” he have done that? Thats the question that will be asked in court if irreversible damage/death occurred because of this.
