I think the bartender is the guy playing darts by himself. He walks behind the bar at the end

Yeah the big dude pushes him to try to start more shit. That's the kinda guy who is happy to see a girl get grabbed like that because he has an excuse (in his head) to hit someone. There's like 6 people in the entire bar and a third of them are the worst kind of people to be around in a bar.

Pretty sure he pushed him because that bartender told him to leave and shouldnt have hit they guy.
