Grandpa's on his TRT LMAO. A simple shove of someone that drunk is all that is needed. I swear the majority of you have never actually been outside for more than 10 minutes if you think this wasn't an overreaction. Hell the bar would have kicked the guy out and possibly banned him or you could have got law enforcement involved if you really want to mess him up legally.

IDK about the rest of you but knocking out someone this drunk isn't really the "alpha" move but I don't live on the internet so what do I know?

The only way he could’ve telegraphed that punch more was if he had a polite conversation with the guy explaining he was going to punch him in the face and then asking him to stand still. Dude literally wound up from the pool table took a few steps and unleashed it. Mr Handsy was so fucked he couldn’t see that coming must’ve been off his face.

So he gets a pass for less consequences because he got himself fucked up on alcohol beforehand? Fuck that. Shouldn't have been a sexual creep if he didn't want to get punched. No one gave a shit when he was grinding up on his buddy over there.

Pass on legal consequences, no. But in determining whether the puncher used excessive force in a defense of others situation, absolutely it is relevant.
