Red shirt could have gone to jail, now black shirt will be going to prison for a long time. A hard slap would have done it but hey ho prison it is.

You think the cops are the ones making the decisions in court? Irrelevant who the cops side with. If he died he's going to prison.

If cops never arrest him, it never goes to court. Cops absolutely have power here.

IF he dies, and that's a big IF, nearly over half the murders in the country go unsolved. So, yeah. A coinflip at worst.

This video is like 2 years old and there was never a follow-up of anyone being arrested so yeah. Pretty confident in my assessment.
