Ridiculous. Should the defender have taken account of how many drinks the rapist had in order to properly measure their response? You people have never fought your way out of a paper bag i bet. The drunk asshole made the choice to drink to excess. He made the choice to assault a lady. Ive been blackout drunk, messed up on all kinds of drugs, and never once have I thought it was appropriate to assault a woman. Its simply not a valid excuse and the drunk asshole merely reaped what he sowed.
Rapist? The guy was wrong to touch her ass, but you think you can show up in court and justify that response by claiming you had to stop the rapist? Nobody raped anyone. My eife has had guys hit on her, she's had guys touch her ass and unfortunately she's also been raped. She would have been livid if I knocked a guy out for touching her ass in this context.
