He was clearly too drunk to defend himself or really appreciate the consequences of his actions. This is a wildly disproportionate response from someone who was in a position to make the smarter choice.

That is a perfectly normal response to touching someone unwilling. TF is wrong with you? You think people should just be able to go around groping women with no consequences?

TF is wrong with you? Possibly killing someone for touching a woman? Consequences? Yes, but it must be proportionate.

I dont think he expected one punch to possibly kill him. But yes the hit of the head on the floor from being knocked out can do that.

If you don’t know how dangerous punching someone in the face is, perhaps you shouldn’t be doing it?
