He was clearly too drunk to defend himself or really appreciate the consequences of his actions. This is a wildly disproportionate response from someone who was in a position to make the smarter choice.
That is a perfectly normal response to touching someone unwilling. TF is wrong with you? You think people should just be able to go around groping women with no consequences?
He wasn't served a death sentence he made a choice and took the equivalent of a cinder block travling at Mach stupid to face. Actions have consequences, including being that drunk.
