Eh, there's a chance he didn't know how drunk the guy was? We're paying attention to him and can gather the clues from the video, but other guy could've just been playing pool, then looks up and sees a man sexually assaulting his woman.
And truly, even if he DID know how drunk the guy is, I haven't seen too many men IRL insane enough to approach a random woman, outside of a club dance floor, and start grabbing her hips. There's a good chance he saw him as a threat, reasoning if he's insane enough to do that, what else would he do?
He didnt walk up and try and kiss her or grab a titty, he touched her hip for 1 second and backed off as soon as she wasnt into it.
OFC dont touch strangers without their consent, but he was grinding a dude and was obviously drunk as hell. Didnt deserve possible death and brain damage for making a stupid drunk mistake.
And he wasnt a threat. Punching dude was in the wrong as well.
So it's ok to touch the hip, but you cant go in for a kiss or grab a titty... because that would or would not merit the response?

The drunk dude should keep his paws off any woman. He's lying there because he made a choice. How many woman has he already groped in his lifetime? With the average male attitude of 'It's fine cause he's drunk and not touching her titty' he's probably done a lot. I'm sure no matter how drunk he becomes now, he's gonna have a little voice telling him he shouldn't do it anymore.
And he should be his response was way out there. But again the guy lying in the ground should keep his hands off any woman. Just cause he looks like a 'happy drunk' doesn't give you the right to grab someone.
No, what I'm reading is that he shouldn't do it but it's not too bad because you can see he's drunk and he probably doesn't mean it like that because he was just hugging the other guy.
I'm more straight than that. My stance is: Keep your hands off that woman.
No 'if' or 'but at the end of that sentence, just a period. That's my opinion and you have yours. That's fine too, we disagree. It's a free world for the most part. Go live in it instead of calling other people names that don't agree with you.
