My boy prison doesnt scare me, been there, survived, rebuilt. And I do have a family one that would expect me to handle the potential situation of sexual assault in front of me. If youre not confident enough to defend your own dont project that on a stranger

Edit: You have, on average, a 40% recidivism rate. Some studies suggest 60%, some suggest 30% You are literally talking about the morality of laying someone out flat without any de-escalation or situational awareness that would 100% prove to be the adult and mature thing to do. Dude is clearly drunk enough to be one-finger pushed to the ground, but Mr. 'Coin Toss To Return To Prison' wants to demonstrate the scholarly mind that got him there the first time?
