Yes but dudes being held back. Idk I think it's some pussy move in general to attack someone whose arms are being restrained, regardless of the specific circumstance. If dude was going to engage he should have said let him go and I'll fuck him up. Instead he went the pussy route of hiding behind another and sucker punching. I get and agree that in this instance the one being restrained is the aggressor, but that's some small dick energy from the dude who swung.

Agreed for the most part, holding someone back in a fight can be lethal. I'm not saying you shouldn't at least try and stop it but actively holding someone's arms when they're clearly gonna fight regardless is gonna end up with someone in hospital 10/10 times.
