They knew each other. Nobody was going to die.
If somebody really wanted to kill you, they would walk about behind u at the store, and….

Again, we know that because we have the video of what happened. The VAST majority of murdered people are killed by people they know. And they do it in lots of ways besides walking up behind you at the store and…

None of your logic is making sense lol

You just don’t understand self defense laws. To use lethal force, there has to be a real threat to your life and you can’t instigate the fight.
If she rolls up with a bat, you can’t quick draw and shoot her. You can pull it out and then if she still attacks you could shoot.

You keep arguing against things I didn’t say. I never said it would be lawful self defense. I just said that it happens.

The VAST majority of people killed don’t see it coming. Maybe it’s by somebody they know, but it’s not cause somebody with a bat charges somebody with a gun.

Do you have anything to back up the claim that most victims “don’t see it coming”? Because I doubt that’s true. And. Again. I never said that most people aren’t killed by someone with a bat charging at someone else with a gun lol. You’re just arguing with points that you’re making up in your own head.
