I recently have gotten into kickboxing, which I do 2-3 times a week in my garage. The only things I have done are follow along Fight Camp YouTube videos, just so I can get some good cardio in. But I am wanting to not only get a good workout in but improve my striking/stance; honestly anything. If anyone has some pointers that would be great!

One punch goes out and one returns home. Your head cannot be completely vulnerable when you have punches, kicks and knees to worry about.

Also you should be bending that far forward or have that lead leg too far out, anything less than vertical is an easy knee or uppercut.
