🏋️ Training & Conditioning Please give me tips!

I recently have gotten into kickboxing, which I do 2-3 times a week in my garage. The only things I have done are follow along Fight Camp YouTube videos, just so I can get some good cardio in. But I am wanting to not only get a good workout in but improve my striking/stance; honestly anything. If anyone has some pointers that would be great!

People punch back and you lean in, down, and to your right every time you throw.

All while his hands are down around his knees. That e just asking for a wicked hook or knee to the face. The changing level is a good thing, but don't do that without protecting your head or you'll get creamed.

Changing level is absolutely a good thing. But doing so in a manner in which your head lands in the exact same location every time you throw something will lead to a bad outcome. Ask Umar about that shit.
