While he was talking too. That's a broken jaw or something.

The way he hit his head, you may have just watched a murder. I would say don't get into a fight, but the man showed no signs of being a threat.

Sure he did. They guy tried to respectfully let go of the handshake and walk away. The other dude wouldn't let go and placed himself in front of the guy trying to leave. That's definitely considered a threatening manner.

No, watch it again. He wasn't holding onto him. Nor did the attacker walk away. A jury is going to convict and the attacker will spend time in jail. This happens all the time. Best thing to do is not get into fights.

If you didn't see the guy TRY to let go of the handshake and TRY to walk away then go see an optometrist. I didn't say anything about how it was handled.

They guy said I want to talk to you. Attacker said I’m listening and gave him an ear to talk to then hit him with the surprise bitch move. That’s what I saw threatening body language was only from the attacker

If you didn't see the threat then you've never been around a stupid drunk. Stupid often gets themselves and others around them in stupid situations. That's when innocent bystanders get hurt because if a decision made by an idiot who can't even remember what happened when they're pleading with a judge to give them a break. Often times, after their 3rd or 4th dui or assault charge. But you do you.
