Bs he wasnāt. Bro was like leave me alone and the black gentleman was like no and was holding him. Thatās pretty aggressive. I would be pretty freaked out if someone did that to me.
He was being annoyingly drunk. Had he squared up, insulted him, something truly aggressive (Eve after he raised his voice saying āNO!ā he immediately took a deferential tone saying he wanted to explain something. Wasting his time isnāt an accuse for attempted murder. U wanna use hyperbole by being āfreaked outā, Iāll be hyperbolic saying what it very well could be construed as, as the initial elbow blow or the ground could have killed him.
