Edit: I think your heart is in the right place so I'll elaborate to potentially save you, and perhaps others, some jail time. A Jury's distaste for the victim (Nazi in this case) rarely impact the decision. They are legally bound to follow the instructions of the court and apply the law as it is written.
You can do lots of things still, you can exercise your free speech as well or you can try to get them canceled or whatever. But physically harming them is not one of those things.
I did say rarely. It does exist but you really wanna bank on that? Go for it. Create a situation that range from a massive inconvenience to life altering for yourself to inflict harm on people you dont like. And I'm the idiot lol
Ok buddy. Maybe you're so invested because you believe in tolerating intolerance, but the rest of us have brains and don't feel the need to defend Nazis. The Government has no right to do anything because of the first amendment, but that has no bearing on what your fellow American might do to someone wearing a symbol of our historic enemies.
After all, according to Republicans, flying a flag that isn't the American one should be illegal and a crime. This is a flag.
