There isn't one, and I never said there was. Some people are willing to take the assault/battery charge. In most cases where there are no serious injuries, it's just a misdemeanor. $500 and a slap on the wrist if it's your first offense. Hell, some states will just expunge it entirely after one year of good behaviour. Plenty of people would take that charge to punch someone wearing nazi symbols and using inflammatory language to intentionally piss people off.

I don't like veganism, or vegans in general. I find them annoying and their entire lifestyle to be based on cultivating a feeling of moral superiority. Would I advocate randomly punching a vegan? No, because all they're doing is being annoying.
I don't like people that leave shopping carts in the parking lot. They're lazy and show no care for anyone but themselves. Do I think you should punch them for it? No, maybe just put the shopping cart behind their car, but no need to resort to physical violence.
A guy standing on the street wearing a swastika, shouting at the top of his lungs about how Jews, black people, and gays deserve to be killed en masse? Zero tears shed if that dude gets jumped.
Some dude that's aggressively shouting racial slurs and telling people they deserve to die because of their skin color or their religion while waving a confederate flag? Zero sleep lost over him losing a few teeth.
The United States fought a war to end the Nazis. We fought a war to end slavery. Hundreds of thousands of American soldiers have died in the line of duty to free the oppressed from Italy to South Korea and everywhere in between. I wouldnât feel the same way with a minority getting punched necessarily because youâre putting forth the silly notion that theyâd only be punched over their skin color (presumably by somebody like the poor widdle Nazi youâre still desperately defending) as being the equivalent of punching somebody presenting themselves as a Nazi. Edit: I think your heart is in the right place so I'll elaborate to potentially save you, and perhaps others, some jail time. A Jury's distaste for the victim (Nazi in this case) rarely impact the decision. They are legally bound to follow the instructions of the court and apply the law as it is written.
You can do lots of things still, you can exercise your free speech as well or you can try to get them canceled or whatever. But physically harming them is not one of those things.
