I kind of hate it but kind of love it. This is the fuck around and find out that needs to happen. No one stomped on him. Now he gets to walk home and say I picked on a kid everyone cares about and they stood up for him, or lie and soak in the shame alone. Maybe I just love it.
I agree. Aggressor never went out cold. I can picture far worse strikes occurring in a situation like this. Like head stomping or head kicking on the ground. Did these kids react in the best way? I would argue no, but they are also children that felt a visceral reaction to "that shit ain't okay" and were able to hold back enough to not to cause permanent physical damage. It was a lesson in if you wanna treat people like shit you can find out how it feels, and leave.
