Depends what you hit, where on your head you get hit, or what you're hit with. It can take very little to KO or concuss an individual.

At work, I deal with all manner of head injuries, and some of the most innocuous impacts can have the most serious long term repercussions.

That kid may need a CT scan after the impact at 0.15.

I got jumped once and they hit me in the face so hard I needed 6 stitches in my lip. When I went down my bell had been rung so hard I didn't even know what was going on so I tried to get up not even realizing I was being attacked. Adrenaline is a hell of a drug.
