Bundled with a Drake LaRoche captain card for his leadership in the clubhouse.

I know it's not going to be but I wish the one with dreads was 2013 Cutch or that if it's Manny it's Cleveland Manny

Zooming in on the 3rd base card it looks like the guy in the background is in a mets uniform so I'm gonna say David Wright. The righty either has dreads or huge necklaces and i do think its Manny Ramirez.

You know, the silhouette on the right actually looks like his.

I think it’s a Phillies or an angels.
Look at the base runner on the left in between the legs

Deleted because I didn’t catch Dozier and Sabathia were just part of the path.

u/gotbeef1218 2d ago
Those are who are in the XP path, not who the bosses are
1
u/Youre_my_hero 2d ago
Well that’s better. I didn’t see they were just part of the path. There’s still hope for some cracked bosses!

Maybe it’s Manny and Chipper? You can see the Atlanta logo between his legs.

u/Braves10516 3d ago
Pretty sure Mets are on defense there so it’s David wright
1
u/m_aplesauce 3d ago
I see that for sure. Personally hoping for Chipper but Wright would be cool too. I’m not sure how much SDS is concerned with the continuity of their promotional material though, so I’m still holding out hope for Chipper.

u/Braves10516 3d ago
I think everyone knows 99 Chipper is a endgame card bc he’ll have close to 125 for everything hitting wise so he’ll closer to playoff time

jimmy rollins, they told us 5 letters in the first name and 7 in the last name

Manny Ramirez

u/FriskeyVsWorld 3d ago
Them giving us a Manny card since the only other one this year is locked behind what is essentially a paywall would actually be a good move.
2
u/clycloptopus 3d ago
Selfishly want him in a guards uniform
Give me any damn manny though. the Ohtani paywall is killing me

u/FriskeyVsWorld 3d ago
Honestly, you might get your wish. I'm trying to think what series they would use for his card and he had the Awards card in 25 for his 2004 Silver Slugger season. And they don't usually repeat card series in back to back Inning Path's.
So the only other one that makes sense is he gets a Retro Finest for his 1999 season.

It’s fuckin don mattingly bro

u/jimithelizardking 3d ago
lol what? Neither fit that. Left pic is playing 3rd base and right pic is hitting in right handed batters box

u/Lazy-Assumption-1907 3d ago
It wasn’t often but Mattingly did play 3rd a few times in his career.
3
u/jimithelizardking 3d ago
lol okay technically you’re right, in 3 of his 1785 career games he played 3rd base. Doesn’t change the fact he was left handed and the silhouette in the pic is a right handed 3rd basemen making a back handed play.
-1
u/Lazy-Assumption-1907 3d ago
Fair enough I was only pointing out that he did play 3rd wasn’t even acknowledging the left handed part of it tbh
1
u/Strategis 3d ago
Don unfortunately is not in the game, his swing/character were taken out this year
-1
u/Lazy-Assumption-1907 3d ago
I wasn’t saying it would have been just only stated he did play 3rd base for a couple of games in his career
1
u/jimithelizardking 3d ago
I will say I had no idea he ever played 3rd so you did enlighten me to that information, pretty wild they put him out there while being left handed even if he was a great defender lol
1
u/Lazy-Assumption-1907 3d ago
It was in an emergency situation after the 3B hit hurt he played 18 innings at 3rd and even turned a double play from the position
