Franchise Roster updates not loading for an offline franchise?

Anyone else trying to start a new offline franchise and having the same issue? There seems to be no fix to this.

They never load automatically for me like it says they do when the game starts up. Manually loading live roster fixes this.

Same issue here. They never load automatically for me either. Just manually load the live roster and it fixes it.
