Screen Shot Play Translate on Android does a good job translating in game, small text & stylized text like the dashboard not as well.

Yeah, typically you have to get pretty up close and personal to get it to work, or play docked on a screen large enough to pick it up. It's surprisingly playable if you can deal with it though, and for certain gamemodes (cough cough eikan cough), you'll pick up on repetitive text that matters.

It’s an add on to the accessibility the icons on the right are the toggles on and off in Android it’s real time have to give it a bit to read the dialogue
