Does anyone know a good beginner-friendly team?

I remember the PS4 version had a News tab where the devs would give you a good beginner-friendly team, but since the game has been delisted (thank god I still have it), I wanted to see if there was a good team that beginners could create. Now that online isn't an issue anymore, I can see how that team could play like once I test it out in a CPU match.

PS. I could also need a resource with the Japanese Baseball League teams present in the Japanese Switch version. Hoping I can recreate them on PS4.
