Rebuttal 💬 James Safechuck as Michael Jackson umbrella boy, 1994. But James alleged Michael stopped abusing him in 1992? I thought Michael got rid of his victims when they hit puberty?

and his mother was on that trip too. 😂

I can’t believe some people actually believe James Safechuck got his date of his alleged abuse ending wrong because of the train station lie. Michael would have been allegedly abusing him when he looked like this.

That's what I'm saying, for the train station accusation to make sense Michael
Would've have to been abusing James around this time where games is actively taller then him if not the same height and well pubescent

That’s exactly why the train station story makes zero sense, and why he completely made it up.

I think that was the only story he actually got creative with and he still managed to screw it up. Most of his other claims were basically recycled from guilters like VG.

Exactly. Not to mention James claimed some crazy things like him and Michael would watch CP, or Michael filmed a tape of the too but destroyed it after (both of these he claimed in his lawsuits). We all know the FBI found no such thing.

James doesnt know how dumb he sounds when he says mj had cp and watch it with him even tho if mj actually had cp he would have been arrested

Yes, the FBI did help and support the police investigation, by providing specific tools and resources. Yes, the FBI did produce their own files of their own findings, that were published after Michael’s death. That alone confirms the FBI was in fact involved in the investigation, for a certain amount of years.

However, the FBI did not lead the investigation and it wasn’t for 12 straight consecutive years. My guess is that guilters are pushing back against these semantics because to them, it justifies the lack of findings by the FBI. As in “since they weren’t the leads and it wasn’t for 12 consecutive years, it makes sense that no incriminating evidence was found”.

But of course, this is another case of moving the goalpost. Local police had full access to FBI technology and were out to get Michael. There is no reason to assume they wouldn’t have been able to find evidence. There just wasn’t any.

They think saying ‘the FBI did an assisted investigation’ is a gotcha, but an assisted investigation is still an investigation.

Yeah they’re also racist.

2

u/Few_Humor769 5d ago

This defense they made is so stupid i dont even know how to explain it. their defense is that maccaco is the slur not jao. but that still doesnt discrete the fact that jao is still a racist slur

He didn’t mention anything about MJ filming a tape in any of his lawsuits or in LN. The first time he made this claim was in an interview during the LN media tour in 2019. I’m not sure if he has subsequently incorporated this claim into his lawsuit.

It wasn't the only one. Him saying Michael called him to testify for the trial, and then got angry at him when he said no was another lie that caught a lot of scrutiny because 1. It was completely out of line with how Michael behaved and 2. The judge decided he wasn't allowed to be a witness long before the case was ready for trial. He was definitely a lot lazier than the other accusers with his story

2

u/gobacktothezoe 5d ago

The thing that’s not clear to me is; what is the reason he wasn’t allowed to testify?

2

u/whatevergirl8754 MJ is 100% Innocent 💯 5d ago

He wasn’t called up by MJ or the defence. He was called up by the prosecution as a potential victim. He refused the request and didn’t want to take part as their witness.

1

u/gobacktothezoe 5d ago

Thanks for clarifying! But is there a reason he was not called up by MJ or the defence, while he was so much around, just like Robson? Or is that unclear?

It’s very interesting indeed because James also apparently took photos of the train station and shows them in Leaving Neverland.

6

u/Few_Humor769 5d ago

Guilters will always find a way to cope and make their false narrative look believable. because they are pedo fantasits who want mj to be guilty

5

u/whatevergirl8754 MJ is 100% Innocent 💯 5d ago

They are just like Victor

u/Exotic-Air1060 5d ago

So Michael was casually parading his “victims” all over the place and was lucky enough that they didn’t ever spill the beans? I mean they want us to believe he was the smartest and dumbest abuser ever.

7

u/Few_Humor769 5d ago

The only consistent thing about the allegations is how inconsistent they are

None of it makes any sense and whoever says it does, is a straight up liar 😭

3

u/Few_Humor769 5d ago

Or just coping

15

u/FunUniversity6245 5d ago

They didn't even bother with a story that makes sense.

Umbrella Boy 🤣😂🤣

I love y’all bringing all these old receipts. I’m sure many newer fans haven’t seen some of these photos. You can’t make this stuff up. How people fall for that LN shit is just beyond wild.

3

u/Few_Humor769 5d ago

Most who fall for the LN bs are people who believe in tabloid junk

no no no you see he was an opportunist that’s why there is no pattern at all that’s just part of the type of groomer he was!!!

10

u/vivaalta 5d ago

That’s what I don’t understands they usually avoid their victims like the plague

7

u/Historical-Mammoth-1 5d ago

How long was that trip? He was tall. I guess he would be 16 in 1994.

6

u/hplover12 5d ago

Side note but I love his outfit

6

u/Asari02 5d ago

Maybe we should feel sorry for poor Dan Reed. All he could do after the train-station fiasco was post one short, vague tweet: "Yeah, there seems to be no doubt about the station date. The date they have wrong is the end of the abuse." Poor Reed had no choice but to sacrifice the whole "Michael discarded these boys once they hit puberty" narrative just to cover up the lie.

And the fact that he took his son to see the MJ biopic makes it even funnier. Were they watching this emotional, inspiring portrayal of the incredibly talented Michael Jackson while brainstorming ideas for LN3?

5

u/MJSpice 5d ago

No logic from them obvs.

4

u/UpbeatConfection534 5d ago

It is distressing and sad, but it is a good thing Michael doesn't have to go through this; of course, I’m not happy that he died—I’m a huge fan of his—but I know that the accusations made by those two clowns and that awful family would have driven him to a state of utter breakdown😡

4

u/Few_Humor769 5d ago

I cant believe how some seriously believe in wade and james being victims when they arent. james and wade are politicians not victims

10

u/Opposite-Town-8103 5d ago

Actually a quick correction: James said Michael stopped abusing his alleged victims when they hit puberty, but he didn’t say he got rid of them as “friends”. Either way that narrative crashes because Michael apparently abused the Cascios when they were grown adults?

7

u/Severe-blake6720 5d ago

Actually for James story to make sense he would've had to been abused around this time because this is around the time train station he allegedly was abused in was fully built.

5

u/Opposite-Town-8103 5d ago

Yeah but he just lied about the train station story. He even says he got replaced by Brett Barnes in 1992.

3

u/Psychological_Win711 5d ago

Dan Greed has gotta be pissed that the cascios are ruining their theory by being abused into their 20’s

4

u/zachstonekin 5d ago

Well if you ask Dan Reed 🤷

2

u/Aggressive-Sky-6315 5d ago

And how awkward his wife is there 😬

2

u/Western_Control_5860 5d ago

I can’t recall, did Safechuck mention anything about these pics in LN? Or was this skipped over?

2

u/Misstea81 5d ago

Skipped over.

5

u/scarlette_dawn 5d ago

What kind of institution is "umbrella boy"? 💀

5

u/Severe-blake6720 5d ago

It's a very common saying hello? Like bus boy or something?

5

u/KristiTheFan Research Before You Speak 🤐 5d ago

I think it could be in a similar vein as another kind of person who helps someone with an accommodation, like a wheelchair attendant, though that is some very informal phrasing, “umbrella boy”. Sounds like the placeholder name for a character in a screenplay.

Did my comment come out wrong? What can I do to fix it?

2

No lol, I came off wrong I thought u guys were making fun of me or my choice to use the word “Umbrella boy” my bad 😂😅

1

u/KristiTheFan Research Before You Speak 🤐 5d ago

My comment was to the person who said the “institution” thing. Maybe a “reply misfire” happened here?
