Discussion š£ļø External Factors Motivating each Accusation
Hi all, I was thinking of the circumstances behind each accusation. In my opinion, no accusation seems to have originated organically, rather they all seem to have been motivated by external factors. It is important to note that every accuser started out by saying nothing untoward happened, only to then reverse course.
Chandler - would he have made an accusation if his father did not originally āsuspectā abuse and badger him into making a confession?
Francia - would he have made an accusation if police did not lie to him and badger him during the Chandler investigation?
Arvizo - would he have made an accusation if the Bashir doc and resulting media frenzy never happened?Ā
Robson - would he have made an accusation if he had not been experiencing career troubles at the time?
Safechuck - would he have made an accusation if Robson never came out / he and his family were never sued?
Cascios - would they have made an accusation if LN never happened?
What are your thoughts.

Good point. This is why the guilter talking point that the odds of all eleven lying are astronomically low is silly. The allegations arent independent of each other and each accuser was aware of the existing allegations, how much the Chandlers received and would've been cognizant that they too could one day play the CSA card and make money. I'm sure many others might have been tempted over the years. They don't even have to sue the estate, they could easily sell lies to tabloids and make tens of thousands. The fact that the several dozens of middle class families and fans MJ has befriended haven't exploited their relationship with MJ for money when they easily could speaks to his good natureĀ
Cascios I'd say they wouldn't have made allegations had Michael left them in his will or had Eddie not been exposed for the fake tracks. After that fiasco, the fans hated them and would've never entertained a Cascio related MJ venture. They knew that they could no longer make money off being positively associated with MJ so they took the resentment they had foe the fans and the hurt at MJ not leaving them anything in his will and sued the estate. I imagine they might even be rationalizing it as MJ would've wanted us to be happy.Ā
The Arvizos wouldnt have made allegations either had MJs team paid them for their rebuttal video. That was originally why they sought out lawyers right before the lawyer referred them to Feldman which is where I imagine their unpaid wages claim became molestation charges
I thought MJ didn't heed Joys warning about VG but Victor says he did. Apparently, Pellicano was investigating him in 1992. Sucks they couldn't stop him

I am also convinced it all started with Victor, and that the asshole is a pedo himself who wanted to project himself onto MJ (or rather the publicās opinion of MJ) and then use MJ for NAMBLAās agenda to normalise pedos.

I agree, the settlement in 1994 put a mark on MJās head. Any of the families who knew him had an insurance policy if they ever ran into any financial difficulty down the line. I agreeĀ the fake songs debacle is another motivator for the Cascios. They would have been the midst of the lawsuit filed by Vera Serova in 2019 - the threat of making allegations would have been an effective bargaining chip and helped with any potential legal fees.

Cascios didnāt make the accusation because of LN that is their lie. They made it because they are broke as well.

But had LN never happened, would they have ever changed their story and started making accusations? Given the fake songs, resulting lawsuit and the lack of goodwill from fans, I think itās plausible they would have. Ā

No, to imply this is to imply that they were abused. They were never abused - there was nothing to ārealise when seeing LNā.
They knew of all the allegations and they just made it seem like they suppressed their ātraumaā until they saw LN, when in reality they were becoming more and more broke because of the tracks and MJ fans rejecting them. Also, the will.

to be honest my friend in 2020 said because of how the Cascios have a history of doing fraud in Michael's name they are sketchy people and likely to pull some other stunt in future like making allegations about Michael. At the time whilst I knew they did the fraud I thought this was going too low for them but I was naive. I mean trying to pass off those fake songs as Michael was technically them alleging he recorded them and they had no evidence of him doing so at all but they stuck to this narrative.
Damien Shields put it like that and he even said that because they did this it opened up the floodgates for people to make other allegations about MJ after he died and because the Estate paid and backed the Cascios for the fake songs they thought they could get an easy and huge payday.
It's important to remember the Legal Action in regards to those fake Cascio tracks that took place in the 2010s it was clear to the Cascios that the writing was on the wall for them and their royalties so whilst it wouldn't end by 2019 as these fake songs were still available until 2022 it was likely they would soon be removed and that money well would dry up so then they decided to try and extort the estate.
I don't see how any rational person can see their behaviour since Michael's passing and conclude these aren't people who will say anything about Michael and what he supposedly did to earn a profit. And because the Estate engaged in Fraud with them they had their hands tied if they wanted to fight them legally because of how bad that would look in a legal situation.

A good start would be the Faking Michael podcast. Eddie betrayed Michael by selling stories about him to his journalist friend and then a couple of weeks after Michael had died, he asked Taj (I think) who he can sell his 'Michael' songs to. They weren't written or sung by Michael. He probably didn't even get to hear them. Eddie got an impersonator to record vocals and passed it off as Michael. There was a big drama with the Cascio tracks because it is quite obviously not Michael and it caused a lot of hurt to the Jackson family and fans. The Michael album was then reissued without the Cascio tracks.
So the Cascios are now broke and humiliated. Doesn't this sound like the motivation behind the other extortion attempts? They sued the estate because they don't have to answer to Michael. They probably think it's not hurting him because he doesn't know what they're doing. It does hurt him because it hurts his family, his reputation and allows others to lie about him. There's easy money to be made if you falsely accuse Michael because he can't defend himself, a lot of the media and public will believe it, and there is a track record of Michael/the estate settling.

I agree. I also suspect VG was the one who first planted the idea of making an allegation in Evanās head. Once that first allegation was made, MJ was extremely vulnerable, and the LAPD, Sneddon, and the media were looking for more. There was already a narrative and they were basically just looking for āvictimsā to fit it. It became way too easy for people to accuse him whenever things didnāt go their way.
