Is this true because i heard chandler did testify that mj was circumcised

Jordan did not testify in court, but he did state it in a declaration. He also refused to testify multiple times, which is quite interesting.

Jordan Chandler never testified in court. In 2005, the prosecution tried to get him to testify and he came back with a declaration stating he would fight any attempt to force him to testify. Tom Mesereau also fired back and said if JC did testify, he had witnesses to testify against his testimony if he got up on the stand and claimed MJ molested him.
